Cutting acrylic sheet:based on Drawings and dimensions of needs, Cutting  the sheet into pieces.

Polishing:With good materials should be polished that make the edges more smoothly.
Hot bending:After molding,putting the polished acrylic sheets  into a hot oven box and hot strip for heating,The time should be based on the experience of the master to determine whether the bending.Securing with a retainer,Then,cooling.

Sticking with the glue:For some processed materials,Acrylic requires special glue Which having no trace after bonding.

Packing :Its covered with protective film(PE or Kraft paper ) in finished product So that its surface will not friction and finger print dust.
