1.Cutting:It needs specific sizes,series and colors when the acrylic sheets are cut into acrylic boxes,these all need to communicate with customer well in advance,to the decision.
2.Polishing:It's not so clear after cutting.Therefore,it should be polished and grinding.

The acrylic box will be polished and processed to achieve high transparency.Generally,it is a cloth wheel,diamond polishing machine.

3.Splice:The five panels of acrylic boxes are joined together,using Glue Gun with acrylic dedicated glue on surface-to-surface contact,as glue completely dry,panels will dissolved well together and connected firm enough.Add a special acrylic lid,such a acrylic box is made,it looks both beautiful and practical.
